Types of collaboration
Lease
We take over the management of the property through a lease agreement, guaranteeing a rental income to the owner. We tailor the structure of the agreement (fixed, variable, or hybrid) to each project, balancing risk and return based on the property and its potential.
Management
We manage the asset on behalf of the owner, who retains strategic control. We ensure professional management, with clearly defined objectives and ongoing monitoring.
Membership
We integrate the asset into the Aleacta ecosystem, while the owner retains direct control over the business. We provide guidance, structure, and access to central services (marketing, administration, HR), as well as integration into our channels and operational platform, with the goal of improving performance and professionalizing management.
